Spending the previous 8 years personal training the general public has given me a good understanding of how to talk to and get the most out of all walks of life.

​

This type of training is very specific and will greatly increase performance through tailored plans and fitness testing.

​

My time at university and through my working experiences at elite clubs has enabled me to provide high-level conditioning to soccer players and other invasion game performers.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
 
Having the potential to review your own or your teams performance is a fantastic way of imprving strengths and weaknesses. It also allows a 3rd view of the event to catch things maybe missed during the first viewing.
 
Football, rugby and other 'invasion' games can be covered and sent for analysis to review statistics such as: possession, completed passes, shots on/off, try's, conversions, penalty. Refereeing decisions can also be analysed.

​FOOTBALL COACH

 

Working on technical and tactical skills that can develop both physical and psychological aspects of play. I like to ensure each player has a ball at their feet as often as possible to encourage confidence and belief in play.

 

The whole session is a progression from start to finish and will leave you enlightened and excited to come back.

 

Sessions are designed through sportsessionplanner.com which allows me to fully expain, in detail, what is required from the team and each individual.
